Account Director

Reporting to the Managing Director, the ideal candidate will be a creative thinker with excellent industry knowledge and the ability to take client briefs and transform them into engaging audience specific campaigns and content for multiple platforms.

We are looking for a driven and ambitious person who can help reposition the agency to meet new opportunities, launch new services, and ultimately to continue to drive revenue by managing clients and new business opportunities.

Our clients are a mix of brands direct and PR agencies with brands spanning a variety of sectors including travel, financial services, B2B, tech, fashion, food and drink to name but a few. TNR straddles comms/PR/marketing/digital/social/brand/creative by taking a content-led approach.

Responsibilities:

  • Driving force behind growing the video and photography businesses

Essential Criteria:

  • Digitally savvy

Motion Graphic Editor

TNR are looking for a creative and talented Motion Graphics Editor to join our growing team in an exciting stage of the company’s newest venture.

The ideal candidate will be an experienced Motion Graphics Editor / Animator with exceptional experience in creating 2D and 3D animation, a flare for exciting design, excellent typographic skills and an innate attention to detail. You will have 3-5 years’ experience and the ability to work as part of a team to create engaging content for a range of top tier clients.

TNR’s variety of clients and projects mean you will be required to produce a wide range of content from start to finish including storyboards, 2D and 3D animated short films, bespoke branded motion graphics, explainer content and integrating motion graphics into moving footage for both editorial and creative content.  From conception to screen the successful candidate should be self-motivated, able to work to tight deadlines and thrive on creativity.  As the Motion Graphics Editor you will provide the lead in TNR’s graphics output and as such monitor quality and support the core production team working across a wide range of projects.

You will have a good knowledge of a range of motion graphics programmes including Adobe After Effects, Cinema4D or Blender3D, Photoshop, Illustrator and Premiere and will be technically adept at working with different formats and current broadcasting standards.

  • Pre-production, storyboarding / treatments

  • Management of in-house motion graphics portfolio and house style
  • Providing animation support across all edits
  • Edit B-Roll, A-Roll and PA edits for clients
  • Responsible for edit and animation suite management and workflow processes
  • Motion graphics content for a range of corporate, consumer and business videos
  • Storyboarding creative ideas and multiple design options for clients
  • Editing of video content across social, broadcast and branded content
  • Working on live action and full animation projects
  • 2D/3D projects for social video content, corporate films and short films

Essential Criteria:

  • Excellent show reel
  • In-depth knowledge of 2D and 3D motion graphics
  • Proven 3-5 years GFX industry experience

Video Producer, TNR

There is now an exciting opportunity for an experienced, talented, enthusiastic and ambitious Broadcast and Digital Producer to join this growing agency. This is a dynamic role with great opportunities to progress with the company.

The successful candidate will have excellent written and verbal communication skills and enjoy the fast-paced and demanding environment of an ambitious media company.  Flexibility on working hours and willingness to work unusual hours or on weekends is essential.

Responsibilities:

  • Creating engaging video content for broadcast, online and social audiences
  • Project Management – liaising with clients about briefs, producing a proposal with a journalistic or creative response to the story.
  • Understanding the client’s needs and advising with a view to providing a solution and quote
  • Pre production and production – setting up shoots, organizing crews and locations, writing interview questions and script writing
  • Directing an experienced crew  across a variety of shoots from news to creative programming and corporate video production
  • Editing fast turnaround footage ready for distribution with editor (ability to edit on Premiere Pro editing software advantageous)
  • Writing TV / Online and Radio advisories (based on client’s PR press release)
  • Media relations – ‘Selling-in’ stories to TV, online and radio producers / news desk when required

Essential Criteria:

  • At least 4 years’ experience as a  professional broadcast / PR / digital producer
  • Experience managing a crew
  • Have a positive, can-do attitude, motivated by delivering stand-out results for clients
  • Generate creative and strategic recommendations and be able to articulate them to clients

Assistant Production Manager, TNR

  • Managing production schedule for 4 producers and assigning projects
  • Ensuring fair workload distribution
  • Managing campaigns including sell-in, pre-production, production and ensuring team have
  • all required information
  • Responding to client briefs with well thought through and considered responses / consultation
  • Detailed video production quotations
  • Nurturing client relationships
  • Managing the Account Management of clients by other members of the team
  • Occasional production of shoots on location
  • Management of client’s budgets and financial reporting to the HOPO and MD
  • Use production and journalistic expertise to turn client briefs into potential projects and then confirmed work
  • Manage health and safety, licensing and relevant legislation associated with production
  • Ensuring sufficient freelancers on rota at all times
